We also manage events under our fully integrated media management department with Eddie D. Okila as one of the core founders of the company.

Since our production and marketing communications strategies flow from our behavioural science and social science methodology, they are not only successful, but also quantifiable before we can set and identify measurable metrics and objectives. House of Talent is a multi-faceted investment company with the potential to branch into new avenues venues as it grows. 11 years ago, the entity developed its business plans to open a free to air (FTA) commercial Television Broadcasting House under digital. HTV programming is set to begin with a wide scope of Television programming blocks that will be one of our strategies of broadcast programming, arranging programmes so that similar programmes or programmes of the same sort of genre are aired one after another.
The concept is to provide similar programming to keep the viewers interested in watching. Television films, Television miniseries, Live television and Interstitial programming programmes e.g. a cast interview, Television miniseries, Short Television news, Non-fiction television programming, that is, a cross-genre type of literature, film, or television programme involving a sequence of technical detail or a genre of programmes in which a problem is introduced, investigated and solved all within the same episode. Television series or magazine shows, Television specials Brokered programming and Television commercials.
The HTV will air news Programme Programmes thrice daily and also have first-run original programming with game shows, documentaries, magazine shows, dramas and sitcoms. programming on HTV network consists of original and acquired television series, theatrically- and home video-released movies, and mainstream inspirational, positive or Christian programmes, My Hood My Estate, The Everyday Woman, Cook with the Stars, Life Style 411, XXL TV Programme, Talk to Uganda, The Okila Weekly Gym Workout, The Book Review, Ask the Pastor, The City Culture, Sunday Live Gospel show, Ask the President, Uganda on the Move plus Volleyball Uganda Talk, The Youth Of My Time, rap, hip-hop and R&B music videos. This will be pre-recorded media either bought or rented, then watched privately from the comfort of home by consumers.
